Our commitment
Looda House Pawn wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review the site as we add new pages and features.
What we've done
- Clear page structure with one main heading per page and a logical heading order
- Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Every link, button and form can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Animations are turned off for visitors who set "reduce motion" on their device, and the live rates ticker can be paused
- Phone numbers and the store address are plain text and tappable on mobile
Known limitations
Some parts of the site come from other companies and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:
- Contact and sign-up forms (provided by LeadConnector / HighLevel)
- The customer reviews widget
- Google Maps
- The cookie consent banner
- Our eBay store and Enhancify financing application, which open on those companies' websites
